Museum of Liptov village is the most attractive landmark of the Liptov region. It shows the typical folk architecture of the Liptov and the High Tatras region.
The main point behind the establishing of the Liptov village museum was the extensive flooding caused by the construction of the Liptovska Mara dam.
The Demanovska Ice Cave is located in the northern part of the Low Tatras Mountains in Liptov region in Demanovska dolina.
It has the all year round long ice filling. Demanovska Ice Cave is formed by the underground flow of the stream Demanovka.
The entrance can be seen from parking place, but we will walk up to it for about 20 minutes. The path is easy with resting places on educational path.
